Jennifer Aniston was the picture of fitness when she was spotted emerging from a workout in Los Angeles this week.
The 54-year-old Friends icon slipped into a pair of sleek black leggings that emphasized her enviably toned physique, and which she paired with some red flip-flops from Havaianas.
She threw on a tank top advertising Stand Up To Cancer, the biennial star-studded fundraiser she herself has participated in before.
Her caramel blonde locks, which became world-famous for her ‘Rachel’ hairdo on Friends, fluttered freely in the breeze.
Flinging her red sweater over one arm during the sweltering summer day, she warded off the beating rays with a pair of blue-tinted shades.

Jennifer’s latest sighting comes after she unveiled her new partnership with Pvolve, a fitness brand also favored by such names as Olivia Culpo and Devon Windsor.
Now in her 50s, Jennifer enjoys Pvolve for the lower-impact exercises it affords her after she spent years overexerting herself.
‘I used to get up God knows how many hours before work to get an hour of cardio in – I thought it had to hurt or that we were supposed to feel like we were going to pass out, but that’s incorrect messaging,’ she told Well + Good.
Pvolve however has given her ‘incredible results, if not better than anything I’ve ever done before without the aches and injuries,’ she said.
In another recent interview, Jennifer candidly confessed that she sustained several injuries over the years as a result of her grueling fitness regimen.
‘When you’re in a mindset of: “I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,” it’s daunting. I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body,’ the Horrible Bosses bombshell informed InStyle.
‘My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that’s covered in Kinesio tape,” she revealed: ‘to show every injury I’ve had in the last 15 years.’
Jennifer once suffered ‘knee injuries, and going up and down stairs has always been tricky for me,’ but now with Pvolve ‘I’ve noticed definition in parts of my body that I hadn’t really ever seen before, especially in my abs and legs.’

She insisted: ‘I don’t weigh myself, but when I go to the doctor for my physical, my body fat is lower than it’s ever been and I weigh more than I’ve ever weighed, so it just goes to show you that you really are working out layers and layers of muscles that have been ignored forever.’
The Cake star maintained that Pvolve is ‘not intimidating, and I do not dread it – I look forward to it. It’s so good and kind to the body.’
Pvolve enables her to avoid ‘the monotony of banging yourself out on a treadmill for 45 minutes’ and ‘[a]fter a workout, I don’t feel insane fatigue or broken or in pain.’
Jennifer’s workout soundtrack includes ‘Lizzo right now, I love Rihanna, of course, and I love old-school ’90s hip-hop.’
