Andrew Bolton, the Wendy Yu Curator in Charge of The Costume Institute, called the exhibition “an ode to nature and the emotional impact of fashion.”
He hopes that visitors will experience a sensory appreciation of fashion through the show.
Celebrities expected to attend include the Kardashians, Blake Lively, Hailey Bieber, and Timothee Chalamet.
The event will be hosted by Gwendoline Christie, La La Anthony, and Ashley Graham, with YouTuber Emma Chamberlain conducting interviews on the red carpet.
